Meet Matt Moffett

The District will be home to commissioned art pieces by Tulsa local, Matt Moffett, of M2 Studios. 

Matthew Moffett is a self-taught artist that paints for the love of painting. Matt Moffett also believes in quality art that is affordable and desirable. The pieces he has created for The District will be mixed-media art pieces, including six mosaic columns that will showcase authentic Cherokee patterns.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Oklahoma's state bird, a scissor-tail fly catcher. Moffett created the center piece by using metals that he has collected throughout his life.

The District, through development and leasing,  is operated by Adwon Properties, an experienced property management and brokerage company out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

JOIN THE GROWING NUMBER OF RESTAURANT AND RETAIL CONCEPTS: The District is a new retail development North of The Mid-America Industrial Park in Pryor, OK. The site will include 30,000 square feet of retail space with a minimum of 1,200 square foot suites. In addition, multiple pad sites are available with potential for drive-thru access.


This 162 acre development will also include single and multi-family residential units. Mid-America is a rapidly growing industrial park with a workforce of 4,200 employees and an additional 2,300 contract workers as of October 2018. Significant investment from local, regional and national companies, most notably Google and other technology and manufacturing companies are facilitating a boom to the local economy.
